農場は海抜1250mに位置し、高度、気温、日照量、潤沢な地下水など良いコーヒーチェリーを生産するのに最適な条件を備えています。
高山地帯に位置し、日差が混しく、木は気温差に耐えるために大量の糖分をコーヒーチェリーに貯蔵します。コーヒーチェリーは一つ一つを手作業で収穫し、大量の純度の高い地下水によるコーヒー豆の洗浄方法はフルウォッシュド工法です。この工法により体験したことがないようなコーヒー本来の美味しさに気づくことができます。
We have specially sourced and home-roasted top-quality coffee beans from the Tambakan coffee farm in the Batur volcanic region of Bali, Indonesia.
The farm is situated at an altitude of 1,250 meters above sea level, offering optimal conditions for producing excellent coffee cherries, including high altitude, ideal temperatures, ample sunlight, and abundant groundwater.
Located in a high-altitude area with significant day-night temperature variations, the coffee trees store large amounts of sugar in their cherries to withstand these fluctuations.
Each coffee cherry is harvested by hand, and the beans are washed using the fully washed method with a generous supply of pure groundwater. This process allows you to discover the true, original taste of coffee like you've never experienced before.
